Our taste for high professional standards led to the birth of the Ife'ctiv Touch Academy. The Academy was founded in 2010 by the CEO, Adeife Abiodun-Adeyemi when getting materials to train her ushering team seemed impossible. She then went ahead to create the very first online course in professional event ushering and has created and written several courses, online bootcamps and books after.
The Ife'ctiv Touch Academy is an online event management school that trains individuals and hospitality staff for corporate organizations and event companies from little or no experience to being professionals in event ushering, coordination and management.
We have trained over 1000 individuals and still counting.
The Academy is divided into three, based on the mode of teaching.
Digital products: ebooks, online courses, virtual bootcamps and online mentoring programs.
Practicals: Physical and on-site training for ushers and coordinators.
Communities: For our students and alumni to interact, network and collaborate.

“The mentoring programme is one of the best things I used my time for during the lockdown in 2020 and I'm glad I did.
